They are made of Double Brushed Poly Spandex, which is super soft and stretchy, you will almost never need to adjust your headband! The best part? You have the option of wearing them with, or without the twist!
They are the perfect headband for everyday wear, gym, yoga, running, etc... It’s very soft and you don’t even realize you are wearing one. They are very stretchy, so they fit almost every single head size!
Hand wash on cold with light detergent if needed. and lay flat to dry.

For the best and most secure fit, wear this headband mid-way down your forehead.
Adult Size -Circumference is 19 inches, 3Inches wide, and can be stretched up to approximately 2 inches.
Infant Size- Infant headbands- circumference is 12 inches, 3 inches wide, and can be stretched up to approximately 14 inches. Typically Newborn-1 year.
